RETURN POLICY

Please carefully review all details of your order. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

In RARE cases, returns are accepted conditionally. Orders may only be returned/exchanged within 15 days of ship date for domestic orders. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will exchange the item within 5-7 business days of receiving your return granted the item is in stock. If it is not in stock we will notify you. If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds). Vincent Aprons has the right to refuse any exchange/refund. There are no exchanges or refunds on discounted items. 

Please e-mail vincentaprons@gmail.com prior to exchanging the item with either REFUND or EXCHANGE in the subject line. Please include the following information for your return:

-Name, Address, Phone Number, Email

-Ship to info if different than above

-Original purchased product

-Date of purchase

-Reason for exchange

-Exchange for which product

 

SHIPPING INFO

Orders ship out within 3-5 business days of purchase. Your order will ship through UPS or FedEx. All shipping methods will include tracking. 

Please note that credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. All shipments occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
